Hotels booking in Mendoza, Buenos Aires, Santiago de Chile, and other destinations.

Ground transportation
Ground transportation (airport-Mendoza-Puente del Inca) are provided using modern mini vans. These vehicles are licensed to shuttle passengers from Santiago de Chile.

Mules service

Mules service to carry climbing equipment to all Base Camps (Confluencia, Plaza Francia, Plaza de Mulas, Plaza Argentina). Muleteers are professionals with vast experience in the carrying of loads on the Andes mountains.

Hosteria Puente del Inca

Puente del Inca is at 2kms (1.2 miles) from Horcones (Horcones Valley’s trail head) and 7kms (4.5 miles) from Punta de Vacas (Vacas Valley’s trail head).
Puente del Inca is the base from which all equipment is dispatched on mules to the different base camps. Hosteria Puente del Inca counts with dormitory style rooms with private bathroom. Hot shower. Maid service. Restaurant and cafe. Telephone. BLU radio link with Mendoza and base camps.

Refugio Plaza de Mulas

It boasts the same facilities as the base camp including hot showers, cooking facilities and rooms with beds.
BLU radio link with Mendoza, and the rest of base camps. VHF radio link with Park Rangers and Rescue Patrols. Free of cost storage of equipment while the expedition is on the mountain.

Confluencia base camp

Confluencia is on the trail that leads all expeditions to Plaza de Mulas (Normal Route’s BC) and Plaza Francia (South Wall’s BC).
Food service is provided in dining tents furnished with tables, chairs and electric power.
This campsite in Confluencia has its own bathroom facility.
Permanent BLU radio link with Mendoza, and the rest of base camps. VHF radio link with Park Rangers and Rescue Patrols.

Plaza de Mulas base camp

Meals service is provided in dinning tents furnished with tables, chairs and electric power.
This campsite includes its own bathroom facilities (2 bathrooms, one for customers and a public bathroom). Permanent BLU radio link with Mendoza, and the rest of base camps. VHF radio link with Park Rangers and Rescue Patrols. Free of cost storage of equipment while the expedition is on the mountain.

Guiding service

Professional Mountain Guides to climb the by the Normal, Direct Polish Glacier and Polish Glacier Traverse routes.

Porters service

Porters service to carry loads to altitude camps of all the routes.

Luggage storage

Luggage storage is available (free of charge) in Mendoza City, Puente del Inca or at either, Plaza de Mulas or Plaza Argentina Base Camps until the end of the expedition.

Issuance of tickets

Issuance of air and bus tickets to Mendoza from Buenos Aires and Santiago de Chile

Equipment rentals

Rent of double plastic boots, crampons, ice axe, sleeping bags, duffle bags for mule transportation, etc.
